Meet the team
Mindful Microdosing merges the ancient power of
nature with a program developed by experts.
Richard Lovett
Founder
Entrepreneur with a background in construction and design, bringing structural thinking, systems planning, and execution discipline into human optimisation. Through Active Fungi, I unite leading experts across psychology, nutrition, movement, and integration to help individuals redesign cognition, behaviour, and emotional regulation through structured systems and intentional integration for long term change.
Jessica Dias
Health & fitness Coach
Before becoming a personal trainer, Jessica spent years researching and designing with fungi – studying how mycelium grows, adapts, and transforms. That experience shaped her philosophy on movement and wellness: that real change happens when we grow in connection with nature and with ourselves. As a L3 NASM-certified PT with yoga and nutrition training, she helps people build strength, balance, and body awareness through mindful movement and daily ritual. Her approach bridges science, experience and intuition, helping others feel aligned & connected – body, mind, and environment.
Ludvig Edvin
Mindset & Integration Coach
Ludvig’s journey bridges neuroscience, sound, and psychology. After studying Neurobiology at the University of Chicago, he deepened his understanding of how our physical reality shapes thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. As a certified Sound Therapist and CBT Practitioner, he blends science and art to create experiences that reconnect mind, body, and spirit. His work in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and as founder of Soul Clinic in Portugal has given him first-hand insight into how psilocybin and intentional ceremony can support mental health, healing, and self-awareness.
Amanda Gedeon
Certified Microdosing Facilitator & Transpersonal Psychology Coach
I’m a certified Microdosing Facilitator and Transpersonal Psychology Coach, trained through The Microdosing Institute, ALEF Trust, IACTM, and Johns Hopkins (Psychedelic Science & Medicine). My work is integration-led, nervous system–informed, and grounded in practical change. I support integration as a capacity-building process rather than a meaning-making exercise, with emphasis on safety, embodiment, and long-term pattern change. I work with individuals who are already high-functioning and reflective, and who recognise that insight alone does not create change without integration, repetition, and relational honesty. Expect a direct, warm approach with clear boundaries and grounded support. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
Katharina Brogsitter
Social Media
Katharina is responsible for social media, design, and brand presence at Active Fungi, turning ideas, research, and lived experience into cohesive digital storytelling.
Nicole Tozzo Chiarello
Marketing
Nicki specialises in identifying and refining core personas across our programs, ensuring we speak to the right people with clarity and integrity. Her work ensures that how we communicate what we do -our messaging, positioning, and offers -remains deeply aligned with the Active Fungi brand, values, and identity, without dilution or hype.

Self-guided autonomy or guided containment
both built for structured change. You decide
Built for autonomy
For disciplined individuals who want structure — without ongoing live support. A structured 90-day microdosing protocol designed for clarity, consistency, and self-led progress.
Independent, self-motivated individuals who execute well and don’t require accountability.
A guided 90-day containment experience for those who value structure and community
For high-functioning individuals who want accountability, expert oversight, and measurable recalibration.
Founders, executives, and high-performers who want structured transformation – not experimentation.
