At Active Fungi, we work with a professional EU-based fulfillment partner to ensure secure, discreet, and reliable delivery of your order.

1. Shipping Overview
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our Netherlands-based logistics facility.
Shipping Days:
Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
Daily Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before approximately 20:00 (CET) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on destination country and courier service selected at checkout.
Netherlands
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Other EU Countries
- Delivery times vary by courier and service (Standard / Express)
- Estimated transit times are displayed at checkout
Non-EU Shipments
- We do not ship outside of the EU

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.
Rates vary based on:
- Destination country
- Courier selected
- Service level (standard / express)
- Parcel weight
Fuel surcharges and seasonal carrier surcharges may apply and are determined by the courier.
The final shipping cost is always visible before payment is completed.
4. Discreet Shipping
We understand the importance of privacy.
All orders are packaged as neutrally as possible:
- No external branding
- No mention of product contents
- No Active Fungi logo on outer packaging
Return addresses are professionally managed by our fulfillment partner.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed:
- Tracking information is automatically generated
- Tracking is sent via your order confirmation system
- Status updates are available through the courier
Tracking data is synced directly with our fulfillment platform and updated automatically.
Please note:
Delivery notifications (such as “out for delivery”) are handled entirely by the courier.
6. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and handled under strict conditions.
How Returns Work
- The customer must contact Active Fungi directly to request a return.
- If approved, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
- Upon arrival, it is:
- Inspected
- Registered in the system
- Either disposed of or restocked (if eligible)
Returns are only processed if prior approval has been granted.
Return Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The product is unopened and sealed
- The product is returned within 14 days (where legally applicable)
- The product has been stored correctly
- The product is not perishable or compromised
For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we reserve the right to refuse restocking of consumable goods.
7. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is:
- Refused by the recipient
- Not collected
- Returned by the courier due to failed delivery
The parcel is returned to our warehouse.
If eligible and agreed in advance, items may be restocked.
Please note:
- Return handling fees may apply.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Return Handling Fees
Return handling and restocking fees may apply.
These are typically approximately €3 per return, depending on inspection and processing requirements.
If disposal is required (for example, perishable or compromised goods), no restocking will occur.
9. Non-Delivery & Delays
In cases of courier delays or non-delivery:
- Shipments can be monitored through our fulfillment system
- We will liaise with the courier where appropriate
- Claims may require investigation by the courier before resolution
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Customs processing
- Force majeure events
